This event was organised by Karate New Zealand and Jyoshinmon had seven competitors participating at the tournament, though unfortunately a few had to drop out on the day. Held at the Bruce Pulman Arena on Saturday 6th April.
For some of our players it was their first competition and in spite of their nerves they still made a great effort!
Thanks to Renshi Chris Bennett and Senpai Jojina Bennett for volunteering as Table Staff and Marshall. Also to Sensei Zak Bennett for being the Team Coach, and the parents for their support.
